Hello Sangha and All, 

I hope the present moment is treating you well.

As last weekend (Sat 11 - Sun 12 June 2023) I was in London for the Heart of London Sangha's (HoLS) + Colours of Compassion Sangha's & Wake Up Sangha's "Day of Mindfulness" + for Sister Annabel's Lecture on Climate Anxiety and for the workshop for Climate Activists with the Monastics and I took some notes, I thought of sharing them with the Sangha and whoever may  benefit from reading them... + I have takes some pics of the events. A beautiful day spent Saturday what a treat to sing, meditate and eat with the monastics. And deep sharing workshops. Thank you side the notes and pics Sabry! I hope they will visit soon.
